To review health concerns and symptoms, monitor your progress to treatment protocols and make modifications to your treatment plan or prescription.

PATHOLOGY INTERPRETATION: To review and discuss recent results of pathology or functional testing including blood, urine, stool/microbiome mapping, vaginal microbiome, Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) or Dutch testing. We also review your symptoms and progress to treatment and integrate any pathology findings into your treatment plan and prescription.
FAMILY FOLLOW UP: This allows patients in the same family (eg. mother and child) to have back to back health reviews and make modifications to both of your treatment plans and prescriptions.

FOR NEW PATIENTS - Online Only
For individuals that have recently had blood testing with a GP and been told everything is 'within range' or 'normal', yet still feel like something isn't right.
Naturopathic pathology interpretation is a little different compared to standard pathology reference ranges because testing can be more nuanced than simply being "in range" or "out of range".
Your bloodwork is interpreted holistically using optimal naturopathic reference ranges which consider age, sex and life stage (rather than standard laboratory ranges). Sub-optimal markers will be discussed and a digital report of findings will be emailed within 24 hours.
Note: This session does not include the cost of any pathology testing. Pathology results must be obtained from your GP and emailed at least 2 days prior to your appointment to ensure all results are discussed in detail.

A brief consultation to support acute conditions such as a common cold or flu, seasonal allergies, emotional stress, poor sleep or stomach bugs. For existing clients, this consultation is appropriate for briefly checking in prior to refilling or repeating your current prescription.
If your symptoms are chronic, reoccurring or you have a complex health history, please book an initial consultation so we can thoroughly investigate and address the root cause rather than just treat your symptoms.

Functional Testing
A range of functional tests can be utilised to understand the root cause of your health concerns in addition to how and why there is a state of imbalance within your body.
Types of functional testing available includes blood pathology, stool, urine, and saliva testing, microbiome mapping and HTMA (hair, tissue, mineral analysis). Prices for functional testing are set by individual pathology laboratories and will be discussed with you prior to ordering.
Consultations can be conducted in person or online so I can provide you with naturopathic support from the comfort of your own home. A bespoke treatment plan is created and emailed 24-48 hours after your initial or return consultation, containing practical and personalised strategies to support your health goals. These may include herbal and/or nutritional supplementation, dietary and lifestyle interventions and additional functional testing to gain further insight into your case and promote sustainable wellbeing. I am also happy to work collaboratively with your GP or other health care providers to ensure the best health outcome for you .
I have access to the highest quality herbal dispensary and practitioner only supplements. Each prescription is individualised after taking your complex case history and posted directly to your home via online dispensary platforms.
